Katy Perry – Hot & Cold Film Clip Costume?

Does anyone know where to find the white playsuit (or something practically identical) that Katy Perry wears in her “Hot & Cold” film clip? I need it for a dress up party. Any suggestions also would be a bonus. Thanks :-)
Katy Perry wears the same outfit at the wedding & after – she just has an attachment to the play-suit (which makes it look like a skirt). I am needing help with finding a suggestion, even someone who can custom make it!! Please help.

Hot and cold katy perry?

I really want to learn katy perry hot and cold on the piano and i need the music. It would be a bonus if it could have the lyrics with it.
